| LizArt was born within a garden of
lemon trees in the village of Praiano in the heart of Italy’s fabled Amalfi Coast.
The concept for our art grew out of the love our father instilled in us for the earth and
the fruits which she bears. It is precisely out of that love, and the union of clay with
the sunny yellow lemons of Amalfi, the green shade-giving foliage and the ever-changing
colors of the Mediterranean Sea, that our ceramic creations are born. Our passion for ceramics also stems from our close proximity to Vietri Sul Mare, the first city of ceramics along the Amalfi Coast, which is famous throughout the world for her exquisite craftsmanship. |
